Just a little weight loss update. I am down about 25lbs now and couldn't feel much better about it. I am doing well and staying healthy, by eating good foods and drinking a lot of water. This hcg diet I am on is amazing and does work, but it has to be followed exactly or it won't be successful.
I am following it to the tee, as it has proven to work with several people I personally know. Yes, I am being very careful, I promise.
