My Day So Far

For the last few days the weather has been so nice and warm I have been able to enjoy being outside.  My son Jesse and I took a long walk around our beautiful town the other day, and a bike ride yesterday. Now as I sit here at my computer I can feel the cold seeping into my joints.  The sky is dark with grey clouds, and the wind is blowing a coldness into me.  It seems like we will get either a very short hot summer or a spring like summer, the weather doesn't seem to be able to make up it's mind.  I have never been one to wish for hot weather but I truely need some sunshine on my shoulders.

I had a dream last night...wanna hear it?  Okay you talked me into it.  From what I remember I was dreaming about a new and interesting subject to blog about...LOL.  It was interesting, and intuitive and when I woke up it felt completely real...only....I could not remember what the subject was that I wanted to blog about.  All day long I have wracked my brain, I simply cannot remember what it was.  Funny isn't it!

Today has been one of those days, you know the kind, full of things you need to do.  For instance, for some reason when my hubby woke up at say 5am I woke up and could not go back to sleep.  So around 5:30am I got myself up and dressed, made coffee, sat down at the computer for a few minutes, and then got myself going on the housework/laundry.  My nephew came by to get our extension ladder so he could trim the trees at one of our stores, then when the kids + 1 cousin came home from putting the frieght away at the same store we all went grocery shopping...fun...really, it was, especially with 3 teens and one pre-teen. (I'm totally being serious about the fun part)   Now as I sit here trying to get warm and stay awake, I find myself waiting for a friend who is suppossed to be coming over to use the computer/internets...lol.  Sometime after all this, I will need to think about dinner for the chitlins (kids).

I will go for now, but believe me when I say I will be back! Blessings to all who pass this way!

I believe in the sun even when it is not shining. I believe in love even when I feel it not. I believe in God even when He is silent. *Written on a wall in a concentration camp*

We had a couple of days up there that were nice. We are having the wettest June in 60 years however. The TV weatherman shared that bit of news with us this morning.

I for one though am not complaining, first I am not an outside guy to begin with, give me a book, a computer, and coffee and I am happy, second, even with the rain washing out the pollen and keeping the level down, I am having an awful time this year with allergies. I wonderful what it would have been like without the rain?

It bugs me a little to think of a good topic to blog and then I loose it. Yours might come back, who knows?

Sounds like lots happening there! That is good, beats the alternative.

Have a great evening!

Don't taunt me with cold weather!
And I'm up that early every day.

Our weather of late has been lovely though living on the coast one gets more breezes than inland places.

Hope you are keeping well.

Our weather has been the same way this year. I am so tired of it and wish it would make up its mind.

We've been having much rain for past few weeks but I'm grateful for it because it did helped put the forest fire out. I'm hoping that soon the sun won't be shy and come out from behind the clouds.

I can remember most of my dreams even after few days. I guess I'm lucky to have this ability.

Weather can be so crazy sometimes. Its the same here in Canada, although instead of cold its rain. Today however was beautiful and its suppose to stay like that until tomorrow! Lol working at a retail store I see all the fun of having kids go shopping with their parents. The grocery bill ends up being more than you expected. Hope you have a great weekend
